About this project

Harbor ran six clinics with a phone line that jammed every Monday morning. Roughly a fifth of appointments were missed with no warning.

We built a patient app for booking, rescheduling and reminders, backed by an admin view their reception staff could actually operate. Reminders go out by push and SMS on a schedule the clinic controls.

No-shows dropped by 38% in the first quarter, and the Monday phone queue effectively disappeared.
