Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Appentium (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Your account

You can browse and enquire without an account. If you create one — with a password or through Google, GitHub or Apple — keep your sign-in details to yourself, give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has got in. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the site or anyone on it.

Bookings and enquiries

Booking a service reserves time for a conversation. It is not a contract for the work, and nothing is charged for it. We confirm slots by email and either of us can cancel or move one — please give us reasonable notice, and we'll do the same. Work only becomes a contract when we send you a written proposal covering scope, price and dates, and you accept it.

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. Timelines given before a proposal are estimates.

Products and orders

Ready-made products are licensed, not sold. There is no checkout here: you request a product, we send you a payment link, and your download unlocks once payment clears. Until then the order sits as unpaid and no licence is granted.

Unless your proposal says otherwise, a paid product licence lets you use and modify the source code for one product of your own, including commercially. It does not let you resell, redistribute or sub-license the code as-is, or publish it anywhere public. We keep ownership of the original source and of anything we reuse across projects.

Refunds. Because products are delivered as source code that cannot be returned once downloaded, orders are non-refundable after download. If something is broken or not as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. Any statutory rights you have that override this stay intact.

Reviews

Only customers whose booking we completed or whose order was paid can leave a review, one per booking or order. By submitting one you confirm it is your genuine experience, and you give us permission to publish it on this site alongside the name, role and company you provided.

We moderate reviews before publishing, and we may decline one that is defamatory, abusive, off-topic, or written by someone other than the customer. We do not edit the words of a review: we publish it or we don't. Ask us and we'll take yours down.

Using the site properly

Don't try to break into it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, submit other people's personal details, or use the enquiry and booking forms to send unsolicited marketing. Don't upload anything unlawful or malicious.

Our content

The design, text, code and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to them; you may not copy the site or pass its content off as your own. Product and company names belonging to other people are theirs.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any product listing, at any time.

Liability

The site itself is provided as-is: nothing on it is professional advice, and estimates are not guarantees. For work we actually contract to do, the proposal you sign governs what we owe you.

We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost business arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from the moment they are posted, but they never change the terms of a proposal you have already accepted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that we may bring proceedings where you are based if we need to.
