About this project

Northwind ran a 40-vehicle fleet on a shared spreadsheet and three phones. Dispatchers spent mornings reconciling driver availability by hand, and customers had no idea where anything was.

We built a dispatch platform with live vehicle tracking, drag-and-drop route assignment, and an automatic customer notification flow. Drivers got a stripped-back mobile view that works on poor connections and syncs when signal returns.

Dispatch time per morning dropped from roughly two hours to under forty minutes, and "where is my delivery" calls fell away almost entirely.
