Audisode – Audiobook App (Flutter + Laravel)
Full-source audiobook app for Android and iOS. Offline listening, coins and Premium, RevenueCat purchases, AI narration and a Laravel admin panel.
About this product
Launch your own audiobook app for Android and iOS
Audisode is a complete audiobook platform you can brand, install and publish as your own. It combines a Flutter app for Android and iOS with a Laravel backend and a full admin panel, and you get the full source code for both.
Listeners stream or download audiobooks and series, pick up where they stopped on any device, earn coins or subscribe to Premium. You run everything from the admin panel: books, episodes, home screen, collections, push messages, rewards and store products, with a dashboard that shows listeners, subscribers and estimated revenue.

What you get
- Flutter mobile app: Android and iOS from one codebase, with every screen and provider in readable source.
- Laravel 12 backend: REST API, admin panel, public website, scheduler jobs and a read-only demo role.
- Web installer: upload the files and open the site. It checks the server, tests the database and creates the admin account, so you do not need SSH.
- Buyer guide: an offline HTML guide with a PDF copy, plus a START_HERE page, changelog and third-party licence notices.
- Sample audiobooks (optional): seven public-domain titles with generated covers and author pages, so the app is not empty on day one.
- Rebranding tools: app icon and launch screen from one image, and name, colour and logo for the panel under Settings → Branding.

A listening experience people return to
- Background playback with lock-screen controls, speed control and a sleep timer
- Offline downloads that pause, resume and survive a closed app
- Continue listening and bookmarks that follow the listener across devices
- Single audiobooks or series with free and paid episodes
- Browse by category, collection and catalogue language, with search
- Author pages with bios, follow authors, ratings and reviews, and recommendations
- A listening activity page with daily listening time
- Shareable book links that open the book in the app, or the store page if the app is not installed
- Four app languages (English, Bengali, Arabic with right-to-left layout, Spanish), light and dark themes, and push notifications

Coins, Premium and in-app purchases
Audisode includes a ready coin economy and a subscription. Listeners earn coins from a welcome gift, a 7-day check-in streak, rewarded ads and invites, or buy coin packs. They spend coins to unlock books or single episodes at the price you set. Premium unlocks everything and removes ads.
Purchases run through RevenueCat, with Restore purchases, renewals and refunds handled on your server. Rewards, coin packs, prices and plans are all set in the admin panel under Settings, and every part is optional.

A real admin panel
| Area | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | See listeners, active listeners, Premium subscribers and estimated revenue, and a list of anything still to set up |
| Books and episodes | Manage covers, authors, categories, languages and pricing, and bulk-upload a season of audio files |
| Home screen builder | Reorder and hide home sections, rename headings, and place hand-picked collections |
| Listeners and reviews | Browse accounts, balances and activity, and moderate ratings |
| Push notifications | Send announcements to your listeners |
| AI narration | Turn text into audio with OpenAI or ElevenLabs (your own API key) |
| Settings | Rewards, store products, ads, app links, branding, legal pages and team invites |
The panel comes in light and dark themes and has a command palette on Ctrl or Cmd + K. A read-only demo role lets you show the panel to others without risking your data.

How it fits together
The Flutter app talks to your Laravel backend, which holds the database, the wallet and the audio. Firebase handles Google and Apple sign-in and push messages, RevenueCat handles purchases, AdMob handles ads, and audio sits in a private folder on your server or on any S3-compatible storage. You use your own keys and accounts for every service, and the backend supports MP3, WAV, M4A, M4B and AAC files.

Built to protect paid content
- The wallet and unlocks live on your server, so the app cannot grant itself coins or titles
- Google and Apple sign-in tokens are checked against Firebase before an account is created
- Paid audio stays off the public web and is served through short-lived signed links
- RevenueCat confirms purchases, and webhooks handle renewals and refunds
- Rewarded ads credit coins only after AdMob confirms the view
- Store requirements are covered: account deletion in the app, Restore purchases, Google's consent form and an iOS privacy manifest

From download to the app stores in five steps
- Upload and install. Upload the backend, open the site and follow the web installer.
- Make it yours. Set your app name, icon and package ID, then your branding in the panel.
- Connect services. Add your Firebase, AdMob and RevenueCat keys.
- Add audiobooks. Upload your own titles, or start from the sample books.
- Build and publish. Build the Android and iOS apps and submit them to the stores.
The guide in the download covers each step, and explains every .env setting.

Good to know
- The sample audiobooks are public-domain texts read by LibriVox volunteers. They stream from archive.org, so delete them before launch and add your own content.
- The app ships with Google's sample AdMob IDs. Add your own IDs before you release.
- Translations should be reviewed by a native speaker before release.
- One licence covers one domain. Reinstalling on the same domain and using local or test addresses are free, and you can move a licence from the admin panel.
